The Study Café at Kijana Kwanza, which offers children and young people an informal space to revise, was recently transformed into a makeshift laboratory by a group of chemistry students.
With no science lab at school, these budding scientists decided to use the Study Café as an alternative space to prepare for their practical examinations.
As they mixed their potions, Idrisa, our caretaker, nervously stood close by with a fire extinguisher in hand, in case things got out of control.
