Shabaha Farm has 7 other dairy cows, waiting to calve. The birth of the first calf kicks starts production of milk, which will initially be used to feed the children and young people in our care, with any surplus sold at market to support the organisation.
Congratulations to our farmers: John, Idrisa, Jawadu, Abduli and Mussa for helping Kijana Kwanza advance to its 5-year goal to become food sustainable.
