With special thanks to Fatima from Birmingham, UK who visited us in Moshi this week! She was so happy to meet our vocational girls, she took them out for dinner at a restaurant to eat “chipsi-yai” (a local fast food that resembles an omelette made with chips) and “mishkaki” (skewered chunks of goat meat). The whole plate is then topped with lots of ketchup and home-made chilli sauce.
