When one of our staff needed a gate for his home but couldn’t afford the commercial rate, our apprentices, Yassir and Hashim, stepped in to help. They charged only for the materials and built the gate as part of their practical welding experience.
This was a great opportunity for them to develop their skills, gain hands on experience and help a colleague at the same time.
