Our second-year secondary school students recently enjoyed an exciting educational trip to Mwanza! They explored Saanane Island, discovered the engineering and significance of the Magufuli Bridge, and learnt about the geographical, environmental and economic importance of Lake Victoria.

A special focus was on the rich history, culture and traditions of the Sukuma, Tanzania’s largest ethnic group. It was an enriching experience, bringing classroom learning to life while deepening students’ appreciation of Tanzania’s natural heritage, history and cultural diversity.
