After Neema’s father passed away, her paternal relatives usurped their property and her mother abandoned the family. Without a suitable guardian, Kijana Kwanza placed her in a foster family, where she flourished.
In December 2022, Neema sat Ordinary Level (O-Level) examinations, achieving an average classification of Division 1 (equivalent to Grade A*). She has now been selected to study A-Levels in Economics, Commerce and Accounting at Mringa Secondary School in Arusha.
