Onolina is advancing her clinical training at Kibosho Hospital as she prepares for a career in dentistry.
Her journey matters because Tanzania has just one dentist for around every 125,000 people, and currently, only around 50 new dentists graduate each year. Every new dental professional helps improve access to vital oral healthcare, especially in underserved communities.
