In light of the ongoing 𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻-𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝗻𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁 in Tanzania, the 𝗨𝗞 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗞𝗶𝗷𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝗞𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘇𝗮 wishes to assure all friends and supporters that our 𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙢, 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙛𝙛, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙜 𝙥𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙨𝙖𝙛𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙬𝙚𝙡𝙡. Despite the communications shutdown, we have been able to confirm this through brief messages.
